Android - CyanogenMod, Evervolv

I've started playing with CyanogenMod ROM when I bought a HP TouchPad tablet.
The tablet that has been for some time the best selling Android tablet in the market even though that it has been officially released with WebOS operating system. The key factor was the price - 199$ and the unofficial CyanogenMod port.

So the first thing I've made after receiving my brand new tablet was to install the CyanogenMod 7 ROM.

Soon the CyanogenMod 9 has been released but it lacked the camera support. I've decided to solve this issue and get the camera to work. The work was hard and long but finally after several months I have succeded and released a working camera driver for it.

Now the HP TouchPad's runs the Android 4.4 Kitkat based ROM's with new kernel (3.0 and 3.4) so the camera driver work is still not over yet.

After fixing the camera for CyanogenMod 9 I spent some time on the gyroscope driver which has been easier and now the TouchPad has a working gyro in all Android versions starting from ICS.
